Bio

Jessica del Pilar is a seasoned marketing and communications leader with over 20 years of experience working with small and large businesses in a variety of sectors. Known for scaling marketing departments from the ground up and driving measurable growth, she has developed and executed strategic campaigns that boost engagement, visibility, and impact across sectors.

At Isthmian Group, Jessica leads mission-driven campaigns that deliver measurable results—helping clients achieve an average of 30% year-over-year growth through rigorous goal-setting, analytics, and ROI tracking . Her expertise spans brand positioning, integrated content marketing, market expansion, merger and acquisition planning, sales organization design, and demand generation.

Before launching Isthmian, Jessica held key leadership roles—serving as Special Assistant to Fareed Zakaria at CNN & Newsweek, Director of Development at Pei Partnership Architects in NYC, and launching the DC office for Fentress Architects.

Jessica is has produced five architectural monographs including LAX: Tom Bradley International Terminal. Her extensive career in communications includes authoring more than 1,000 thought leadership articles and helping achieve earned media placement in major media outlets across the United States and abroad.
