Bio
Belinda DiGiambattista has a unique blend of corporate experience and entrepreneurship having worked with or for nearly 50 companies. She brings 20 years of executive experience in business management, food services and the global financial sector and as Founder and CEO of Choose Your Metric her clients span a dozen industries. Belinda founded a school food management company, Butter Beans Kitchen in 2008 and won first place in the 2009 New York University Berkeley Center’s Entrepreneurship Challenge. With this company, she twice achieved spots on the Inc 5000 list of Fastest growing companies. After serving millions of healthy lunches to students and teachers in NYC and NJ and selling Butter Beans in 2017, she launched Choose Your Metric to offer consulting and leadership coaching to thriving companies and start-ups. Belinda is a Certified Social and Emotional Intelligence Coach and supports Executives in their growth in important competencies to build trustworthy cultures, high-performing teams, and companies that are leaders in their industries. Before launching her own ventures, Belinda held positions at Moody’s Investors Service, BDO Seidman, and BB&T Bank (now Truist Bank).
