The Challenge
An international design competition sought to expand its reach and build a credible digital presence. With little-to-no prior social media activity, the program faced the challenge of engaging students, recent graduates, and educators in architecture, engineering, and urban design on a global scale.
Our Approach
Isthmian Group developed and executed a comprehensive social media strategy. We launched new accounts across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and X, creating and managing integrated campaigns tailored to each platform. Our team authored and designed content, established a consistent editorial calendar, and provided ongoing support to maintain daily and weekly engagement.
The Results
- Social media performance, as measured by Hootsuite Social Score, climbed from 0 in April to 733 by August 2025.
- Engagements increased by an average of 8,622% month-over-month in the first five months.
- Impressions grew by an average of 790%, reflecting strong audience visibility.
- Followers expanded by an average of 4,019%, rapidly building a global community.
- Content production scaled up with an average post growth rate of 334%.
- Median growth rates remained consistently high, including 172% for impressions and 67% for followers, signaling sustainable momentum beyond one-time spikes.
